Important Notice: Late Arrival Cut-Off Time**

Dear customers,

We appreciate your commitment to your appointments. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we have implemented a **cut-off time** for late arrivals.

**If you arrive more than 5 minutes late**, we regret that we will have to **shorten the length of your appointment** to accommodate other scheduled clients.

**If you arrive more than 15 minutes late** without calling us, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

Plan your trip accordingly and arrive on time to get the most out of your appointment.

As always, Kokoxcalli takes health and safety very seriously, and when it comes to protecting our customers and team members, we make no compromises. We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization and the CDC regarding the ongoing developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and remain committed to providing you with a safe and clean environment.

We want to take this opportunity to reiterate our already rigorous cleaning and disinfection practices and inform you about the additional precautions we have implemented to keep you safe.

Our treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and disinfected after each treatment.

Our massage therapists wash their hands or clean them with alcohol-based hand sanitizer between clients. They also use new, clean sheets and masks each time they finish a session for our clients and dispose of them after each use.

Napkins and headbands are discarded and changed after each treatment.

The facility is cleaned daily, specifically counters, tables, doorknobs, and electronic devices, with hospital-grade disinfectants.

We encourage our team to stay home and consult a doctor when they are sick or not feeling well.
